Traditional Jamaican Fruit cake is a rich and decadent Caribbean dessert. Fruits are soaked for several months to a year in a mixture of Wray and Nephew White Overproof Rum and Red Label Wine and added to the cake with warm spices and additional wine, making this cake extremely moist and flavourful.
